hudson meats is able to supply, Black Berkshire pork from Byron Bay Pork. Black Berkshire pork is known for its sweet and juicy flavour and tenderness. It is pink hued and well marbled which make it ideal for slow cooking and cooking at high temperatures.

We're very foturnate also to be able to provide rare-breed pork such as Wessex Saddleback, Large Blacks and Tamworth Reds from Gaian Poultry & Game.  Suckling Pigs can also be sourced from Gaian however a couple of weeks notice is required.
